Rodmersham Parish Council is currently focussed on 2 planning applications, Highsted Park ‘north’ and ‘south’, currently under consideration at a Public Inquiry that began in March and is scheduled to run until July 2025. See 'Highsted Park' under the planning tab for further details.
The Five Parishes Group represents Rodmersham and four neighbouring villages at the Inquiry, with each parish under threat of devastating change to their environment and landscape. Please take the opportunity to livestream the daily hearings at YouTube/Swale Borough Council and watch the excellent job being undertaken by those fighting to save our villages and wonderful countryside.
To ensure we can continue to participate at forthcoming hearings that determine whether our village should be engulfed by thousands of houses and a new road network, we desperately need funding to put our case across to the Planning Inspectorate.
